Our membership marketing experience

We have more than 20 years experience working with membership organisations including both professional and trade associations. Over that time we’ve built up an extensive understanding of their complexities and the issues they face.

This includes growing and maintaining their membership, professional development (CPD), advocacy, influence building and product and service development.

We have also worked across a wide range of other industries and client types, including corporate, Government, not-for-profits and small businesses.

We have three broad areas of work:

  • Research and analysis
  • Brand development
  • Membership marketing programs

Within the membership world our work has been varied and includes brand development, advertising, direct marketing, campaign creation, media buying, digital marketing, web development, collateral design and project management.

We have worked with membership organisations in finance, construction, farming, media, healthcare, dentistry, pharmacy, accountancy and the legal industry. It’s often our exposure to one industry that provides answers for another. Put simply we’ve seen what works well and what is best avoided.

Observe Orient Decide Act

The Ooda Loop is a strategic decision-making concept originally developed by US Air Force Military strategist Colonel John Boyd. Since its development in the 1950s the principals of the Ooda Loop have been applied to decision making processes in business, litigation, commercial operations and learning processes.

Essentially it is a systematic approach to gathering, understanding and using information to make effective decisions then implement them successfully.
