Following a full strategic business review and business re-structure, we were commissioned by the new Chief Executive to completely re-brand the Institute to reflect its new, modernised ethos and vision.

The project included the planning, design and build of a new website along with all other business collateral. We also re-branded and re-designed the layout of Building Surveyor magazine, the flagship publication for the industry.

As with all our branding projects, the visual execution is always driven by a deep understanding of the organisation, its target audiences and the industry in which it operates. We created a clean, structured new brand that reflects the nature of the building surveying business and provides a professional ‘home’ that new members aspire to be part of.

The challenge was to re-imagine an organisation that had not seen any major change in years and to re-invigorate its membership and the industry to look afresh at what it could offer.
